Just Slowing Down
A 40 minute strong but quiet practice with poses like humble warrior & hand to big toe pose. This will be particularly good for the days when your mind is very busy and you need an opportunity to create some quiet stillness. We practice a lot of drishti in this class too, a soft focused gaze, to help with an internal sense of stillness. Enjoy!

Dynamic Hatha Flow
Filming all the way from Nepal, Sarah is sharing an active dynamic hatha flow. A good morning practice to remove tension and tightness from the body and energise the mind for the day ahead.

Revolve Yourself
This is a strong twisty one, lots of spinal rotate and strength work, we build up into a challenging flow we repeat a few times either side. Poses like crab reach (alternative to wheel), side plank and variations of wild thing, make an appearance. I taught this class in-person and the feedback was great! Real energy uplift!

All Directions
