Your Monthly Practice of April
We are really in the heart of the Spring energy, I like in this season to push the edge a little with practice and embrace the rising expansive yang heat. There is a theme emerging with how I structure the days each week, Monday a short morning practice to get you moving, Tuesday slightly longer around 45 minutes, Wednesday a short ‘core’ inspired, Thursday something more grounding/restorative/yin and Friday or Saturday is again like Tuesday, slightly longer and more dynamic. Each month a slightly different theme in the video’s. The absolute non-negotiables, your daily breathwork, that just goes with out saying.
