Your Monthly Practice of November

November, Samhain. We are making our way into the darker months, when the yin energy is most dominent. Nature invites us to rest, to let go, to shed. I shared some longer yins this month but kept some dynamic classes to give you a sense of lift and rejuvintion. As something to contemplate, is there a layer of your being that needs to be let go off? So when we transition into Spring you can move forward with a greater sense of ease and freedom?
