Your Monthly Practice of May

Bealtaine blessings, one of my favorite months, the Hawthorn has just exploded here in Co.Clare and the lush green with its  gorgeous contrast to the blue skies at the moment…. a chiefs kiss! Please if you get the chance take us outside to do your practice, the beauty of this platform is we can come with you where ever you are. As we do, Mondays are short to get you moving in the morning, Tuesday a slightly longer playful practice, Wednesday is all about the core, Thursdays are for chill and rest, the weekend is for a longer, stronger practice. Please don’t for get about your daily breathwork, that 10 to 15 minutes a day is so transformative.
