Flow to Crow
Flow with the breath in this practice that incorporates full body length, strength and balance to help you find your crow pose/ bakasana

Open Hearted
This is an intermediate flow style class that focuses on opening the chest, shoulders, and thoracic spine.
We will practice some balancing asanas like Dancer (Natajasana).
As always, we will take time to cultivate our awareness in this slow and steady vinyasa class.
Compass
This is a pilates inspired practice, its playful at times, we start with some spicy core work before moving into some juicy hips. Give yourself these 35minutes

Flow to Wheel
This class aims to strengthen, open and build awareness in the areas of the body needed for backbends in a fun and accessible way.

Centered
A juicy core focused playful practice that incorporates some balancing flows. We start with breath of fire and then a strong floor based core practice before moving into a more dynamic flow. Enjoy

She Burns
She is a firey one! We do a short practice on the floor that will build a LOT of heat very quickly, we then move it out a little with some cat/cows and hovering table tops. A practice you are sure to feel the following day. For Post Natal, please do a few of the other rebuilds first, as you need to be so mindful of doming (id be doing this work 6 months plus post partum).

All The Good Feels
A short 16 minute practice that includes some mobility, stretching and strength work. Its got something for the whole body….. PERFECT mid-day pick me up or if you are short on time.

Lean In
This is a combination of strength & flow, we activate out center and then move through a delicious sequence aimed at opening the side body. I lOVED this class, it felt so good!
