This is a nice practice to support a slowing down and grounding of your mind and body and to help support your system in moving more in the right direction. If your just not into gym, lifting weights, this lower body pilates/strength practice is so good for you. We NEED to be doing some strength training at least twice a week. It will support you now and as you grow older (women in particular I am talking to you!) This is a playful hip, core and calf focused class…. its firey at times!

In the prenatal session we will explore postures that will help alleviate discomfort and tension in the lower back and hips. The postures I have chosen will hopefully help you find ease and release in these areas. They also have the potential to help your baby position well for labour and birth. I hope you enjoy it !
