This is strength and flow class, we start with a little strength and core activation before we move into sun salutations. Plenty of options if you want to try a few more challenging variations. (I realised the mic is a little blurry in one or two down dogs when looking back at recording, apologies).

This is a practice for anyone who wants practice a handstand in a different way. A way that feels less scary and more supportive. It’s a creative way of sneaking a strong inversion into your practice. Try this if your scared! You might surprise yourself 🙂

Moon Salutations
Instead of the usual Sun Salutations we do, Moon Salutations are slower and work on grounding you mind, body and energy by working on opening through the lower body. These can be practiced at any time but are amazing around the full moon or around menstruation. Enjoy!

Side Body Magic
This practice priorities the upper and side body, we move the spine in all directions to keep it mobile and free, making our way to camel towards the end of the flow.
