This practice is a 45 minute gentle strength building flow. It gradually builds up to some strong shapes.. hellllo glutes! This can be use for pre and post partum too. Rebuilding and building strong core, hips and pelvic floor but still keeping the practice mindful and slow. Perfection.

This is a upper body focused flow with lots of yummy shoulder and chest openers, options to take some deeper backbends, camel, wheel and wild thing.

Strong & Calm
This is a 50 minutes intermediate practice that is both challenging and calming. I leave space for a lot of stillness and silence. We practice some balancing postures as well as Crow (Bakasana). Enjoy!

This is strength and flow class, we start with a little strength and core activation before we move into sun salutations. Plenty of options if you want to try a few more challenging variations. (I realised the mic is a little blurry in one or two down dogs when looking back at recording, apologies).
