Pilates 1
The first in our series of Pilates with Aisling. A whole body practice.

She Burns
She is a firey one! We do a short practice on the floor that will build a LOT of heat very quickly, we then move it out a little with some cat/cows and hovering table tops. A practice you are sure to feel the following day. For Post Natal, please do a few of the other rebuilds first, as you need to be so mindful of doming (id be doing this work 6 months plus post partum).

All The Good Feels
A short 16 minute practice that includes some mobility, stretching and strength work. Its got something for the whole body….. PERFECT mid-day pick me up or if you are short on time.

Tapping It Out
This practice is to help settle your nervous system, a combination of breathwork, tapping and yin. Feeling overwhelmed or a little on edge, this will support you.

Ajna Chakra – Third Eye
This is a flow that focuses on elements of balance to activate the Ajna or 3rd eye chakra. This chakra is associated with the pituitary glad, which is the master gland in the body, so working on it directly affects the whole endocrine system.

Anahata Chakra – Heart
The fourth in our series. Lots of lovely heart stuff, movement & breathwork

Swadisthana – Sacral Chakra
This is the second in the series of the hatha/vinyasa style class that incorporates some of the subtle energies of the chakras.

Light Me Up
This is a 30 minute practice that aims to get some movement through the whole body, Inspired by my own commitment this month to get on the mat everyday and I took elements from one of my morning flows into this class. You need two blocks but not necessary. Enjoy
