Chill & Breathe
A block is needed for this class. We do a few positions with some gentle breathwork threaded throughout. Very chill and nourishing

Tradition v’s Non Tradition (Sun Salutations)
This practice is a play between traditional surya and non-traditional. The version I teach tends to be my go to when teaching a more vinyasa style class. I’d love to hear below what you think! We do 2 a’s and 2 b’s and the the same with my version.

Desk Break
A short 12 minute practice to help give you a little relief from sitting and working at your desk.

Strong Arse
A quick glute, hamstring, core and calf pilates inspired flow. You need a ball and a block

Feeling Good
2 blocks needed or improvise, this class is a really nice blend of mobility and flow, aiming at opening up shoulders, thoracic and hips. You could pair it with ‘Strong Arse’ I combined these two classes in my weekly in-person here in Clare. Enjoy let me know in the comments how it feels!

Tending To You Garden
This class was inspired from spending a few days in the garden, its a little blend of stretch and mobility for lower back, hips and shoulders. Regardless of your tending your own weeds, this is a nice antidote to sitting, travel or just feeling a little need for some space in your body.

A Core Quickie
Grab a Pilates ball (or block) and give your abdominals and glutes a little hug of strength
