Restorative strength building
A 40 minute class that is slow and dreamy but also focuses on building deep core strength and hip stability. If you want to relax but also want to feel like you’ve done some work.. this is for you! Enjoy!

Settle Your System
This is a yin, somatic and breathwork class with the intention of bringing your nervous system down. I have put some of my go to practice when i am a little overwhelmed or have little time, so while this is a 50 minute practice you can take away of the little tools and use to help you ground.

Grounding Yin
A beautiful grounding yin with Sarah, breathwork woven throughout. Enjoy its blissful

Yin & Tonic
This yin practice targets the outer hips and inner thighs. In Chinese Medicine its the liver and gallbladder meridian. We start with breathwork and the last few poses I encourage more silence.
(This is also a lovely practice if you are on the first few days of your cycle and post natal mamma’s lots of pelvic floor release happening in this practice too).

Gently does it
A class that is a combination of Yin postures targeting your hips and soft flowy movements targeting your spine and shoulders. Includes Breath work and meditation. Enjoy!

Lower Body Yin
An hour long, luxurious Yin Yoga class targeting your hips, lower back and hamstrings. This will be great if you need to slow down and be still or if you have tension in the above areas. Enjoy!

Winter Slow Down
A combination of yin and hatha yoga, taking you into a quiet space in your mind and body.

Winter Yin
This is a slow and soft yin yoga practice that focuses on the Water element and the Kidney Meridian that can become a little more out of balance in the Winter season.
