Yin & Restorative

Dim It Down
I called it dim it down because sometimes we think of the nervous system as an on off switch but its not a lot more intricate than that. This is a nice practice to support a slowing down and grounding of your mind and body and to help support your system in moving more in the right direction. A nice combination of restorative, yin and somatics.

Myofascial Delight
This is a 40 minute class suitable for every level. When you are feeling tight, uncomfortable and in need of some TLC, try this. We will use a ball (can be cork, a myofascial ball or something a little hard) to gently press on trigger points in our muscles. We focus on common areas of tension in this class, IT bank, Hips & Shoulders. Enjoy!

Ease Your Way (Y)in
A really lovely gentle yin with the lovely Sarah Hagan

Tapping It Out
This practice is to help settle your nervous system, a combination of breathwork, tapping and yin. Feeling overwhelmed or a little on edge, this will support you.

This is the first in the series on getting to understand your cycle through the archetype of the seasons. The inner Winter is the cycle of your bleed, you can do this video anytime, while there is movement and meditation, it has a longer introduction to the series and this work.

Simple Yin Yoga
I am back with my first Yin Yoga class in ages! Oh how it’s such a gorgeous practice. In , this class we work on our hips, outer hips, inner thighs and front of hips. This will be a nice one before bed or first thing in the morning when your body is feeling a little stiff. Enjoy!
