Feelin’ Myself
(I had my mic in a new place that makes the sound scratchy in some places -lesson learned) This short class begins with some slow somatic core strengthening/connecting movement and slowly flows into a vinyasa flow that helps mobilize the shoulders and upper spine – yummy :)

Uplift Yourself
This is a upper body focused flow with lots of yummy shoulder and chest openers, options to take some deeper backbends, camel, wheel and wild thing.

Side Body Magic
This practice priorities the upper and side body, we move the spine in all directions to keep it mobile and free, making our way to camel towards the end of the flow.

Spring Reboot
A class to help to kick start your energy out of Winter mode and into Spring. We will play around with Ardha Chadrasana (Half Moon pose) and do lots to make space around our chest and shoulders.. yummy

Give Your Neck Some TLC
A therapeutic practice for releasing tension from the neck and upper back, you will need a block and a strap or whatever you have at home that resembles both of these props. The neck can be tender for many due to the nature of our posture, sitting, driving leaning over desks, please go mindfully it can feel really good to stretch but we can often over do it. Go gently and enjoy
