Celebrate Your Rib Cage
This practice begins at the wall, focusing on position of shoulder blades, ribcage and breathing. We then do lots of gorgeous rotational work in a slower style flow. I started teaching this hormonal and very cranky, honestly it was like I woke up on a different day after. You might here the mice in the roof and I for sure fall over my words, as I do when mensurating. I felt very present and grounded for the whole day, its not ever about chasing feelings but I hope it lifts your spirits too.

How’s Your Head?
A strong intermediate to advanced class, we begin with lots of core work and then flow thought a sequence that incorporates headstand or pincha, this is not a class we break it down but you do have options to stay in dolphin.

Open Wings
You need 2 blocks or a bolster for this flow, we start with some lovely opening for the heart and chest in supported fish before working the core and shoulders. A nice blend of mobility, strength and vinyasa. Its a strong class that emphasis opening the chest with some backbends threaded through out, we build to forearm stand or headstand. Have fun be playful

Freedom from Constriction
This is one for the shoulders, neck, rib cage and core. another you will not regret this. Some lovely challeging core work integrated

Invert Yourself
This is a strong intermediate practice where we build towards headstand or forearm stand. Lots of work on shoulders and core, I have threaded through a fun alternative sun flow that will sure to build heat. We finish with a gentle inversion and breath practice.

Lift Your Boobies
This class is all about the chest, mid to upper back, the scaps and the triceps. We start with some fun and challenging core activation before moving into a targeted flow, thank my sister Jen for this one as it as her request!

Rib Flare and Your Shoulders
This class focuses on core and shoulders and how to keep the lower ribs more integrated for better breathing mechanics (the foundation of you core). You will need a block. This is great practice that you will be sure to feel the following day!
