Psoas Party
This class is all about your psoas muscle, which is a primary hip flexor. We do both strength & release work. Great class for anyone really but if you are a runner or prolonged sitter, this will be a welcomed practice.

Hip Delight
This short class is soo yummy. It has a nice balance of strengthening and stretching your hips so you increase lubrication of the joint & mobility. Notice how it feels to first create strength and awareness before coming in to some deep hip openers in the end. My favourite! Enjoy.

Hip & Core Flow
A 45 minute intermediate class to fire up your core and hips!

Quick Overhaul
A bit of glutes strengthening, a bit of shoulder opening and some mindful self connection.. yummy :)

Feels Damn Good SFY
This practice is a 45 minute gentle strength building flow. It gradually builds up to some strong shapes.. hellllo glutes! This can be use for pre and post partum too. Rebuilding and building strong core, hips and pelvic floor but still keeping the practice mindful and slow. Perfection.

Hip Strength & Release
This is a 35 minute intermediate class that focuses on hip strength and release. It starts with some activation work and then we flow through a playful strong flow with a few fun and interesting transitions.
