Simple Yin Yoga
I am back with my first Yin Yoga class in ages! Oh how it’s such a gorgeous practice. In , this class we work on our hips, outer hips, inner thighs and front of hips. This will be a nice one before bed or first thing in the morning when your body is feeling a little stiff. Enjoy!

This is a short practice of seated and standing sun salutations, I hope if its the middle of Winter for you, you can invite some light into your heart. Lovely practice to begin your day.

This practice would be a lovely one in the morning or if you have done very little in the way of moving in your day. We start with lots of flexion and extension of the spine through cat and cow and play with this form through out.

An oldy but a goodie, hopefully the backdrop alone will chill you out! This is a slow chilled flow, I hope you enjoy!

This short practice targets your whole body like a big squeeze. Starting with breath of fire so get your energy moving to banish any sluggish feelings that you’ve woken up with. Enjoy!

Short Heat Building Flow
This is a 25 minute whole body fluid practice, maybe a nice one to do in the morning. Spine, hips and shoulders will all receive some conscious attention. Enjoy, I did teaching it!

This is a short breath based flow practice. This will be a really nice class if you just need a lift in your energy. Breathing deeply and fully alongside a minimalistic yoga flow.
