Nice Things To Make You Feel Good
This is a lovely gentle grounding practice, o get you out of your head a bit and help regulate your nervous system. We start with breath, some facial massage and then shoulder, spine and hip stretches and release, nothing fancy just nice and nourishing.

Non- Negotiables
This is my ‘non-negotiables’ for the morning. We start with tapping for lymphatic system/energy body we move into standing spinal rolls before targeting lower body facia, hips and hamstrings.

A short 16 minute practice that includes some mobility, stretching and strength work. Its got something for the whole body….. PERFECT mid-day pick me up or if you are short on time.

This is a 30 minute practice that aims to get some movement through the whole body, Inspired by my own commitment this month to get on the mat everyday and I took elements from one of my morning flows into this class. You need two blocks but not necessary. Enjoy
