How’s Your Head?
A strong intermediate to advanced class, we begin with lots of core work and then flow thought a sequence that incorporates headstand or pincha, this is not a class we break it down but you do have options to stay in dolphin.

CORE more CORE & CORE
I just LOVE core work and feeling strong from the inside out. Its a burn and sorry for the language! Pilates ball neededd.

Twist – Your Only As Old As Your Spine
This practice is a beautiful mobilistion for the spine, we incorporate lots of nice twists, inspired from yoga and some physiotherapy practices. Its a chill feel good one, felt very settling at the end. I am just about to start my cycle so I jumbled myself up a little! Forgive my hormones and there effects.

Enough When Your Tired To Feel More Alive
I recorded this a few days after new year, I was tired but wanted to wake up a little a feel a bit strong. So we move the spine, connect to the core and mobilise the hips a little.

Movement Snack – Thoracic Opening
Two of my absolute favorite moves, some really nice rotation and back body expansion, Its yum….

Gentle Strength
14 minute core blast that I named ‘gentle’ strength because I feel this work is very deep but isn’t overly intense in the sense of it requiring a huge amount of energy or aggression. I was inspired by the name from the manipura chakra, the idea of the naval area as relating to fire, not a blazing inferno but a gentle warming hearth.

Open Wings
You need 2 blocks or a bolster for this flow, we start with some lovely opening for the heart and chest in supported fish before working the core and shoulders. A nice blend of mobility, strength and vinyasa. Its a strong class that emphasis opening the chest with some backbends threaded through out, we build to forearm stand or headstand. Have fun be playful

Courageous Core
This class begins by creating space in the rib cage before going deep with the abdominals. You need a pilates ball or a rolled up towel and block might do
