Pilates Series
I believe in holistic movement, full-body mat Pilates, a full body experience, moving our bodies in every direction and finding a little fire in every direction too. With all movement on a mat, be it Yoga or Pilates, for me the beauty is in the simplicity, we can build so much strength and flexibility using just our one precious body, our breath, a mat and some guidance. And this is the basis of this series.
It will never cease to amaze me how much we can do with no equipment using our own bodies and gravity for resistance and yes there are moments it gets spicy, honour where you are at, pause if you need to and dig deeper if you can, but above all else continue to make time for your irreplaceable, one-off mind & body and these specifically curated full body Pilates videos are a perfect opportunity to do just that.
