Your Monthly Practice of February

Imbolc – My absolute favorite season, while it is a slow unfurling towards the gentle invitation of expansion, February is a good reminder with its storms and bitter cold winds, that while we should trust that beneath the surface something is stirring, stay cosy and continue to embrace the feeling of Wintering just a little bit longer and trust in the little seedlings starting to root, even if you are not so sure how to interpret. A simar flow as most months, some added core for a little internal heat.
