Your Monthly Practice of May
My absolute favorite month of the year, crispy leaves, golden colors, cooler mornings and darker evenings. Natures gifts us this season the opportunity to reflect, to let go and to begin a journey into the quieter part of hearts, minds and bodies. I see each month as a time to reset, in the Celtic tradition this marks the end of a cycle as we transition towards Samhain, closing the year. We invite you to contemplate all you have received this year and what you have not and possibly use this time and space to help support and goals that might not yet flourished as you may have wished.
