Your Monthly Practice of January

New Years blessings, I hope are not rushing to fix things and while encouraging good habits like breathing, pausing, resting can’t be anything but nourishing, don’t fall down the trap of doing things too quickly. Remember January is still Winter, its a month of finding your footing again for letting routines return gently. The earth is still resting, energy still gathering, there is wisdom in allowing yourself do the same. I have allowed this month to slowly build to reflect what is happening beneath the surface.
