Morning Breathwork (Minding your mind part 3)

This class with Lauren Marples brings focus to the areas in the body involved in Dancer pose, Natarajasana; hips, heart, shoulders, balance in a fun class, with some interesting variations of traditional poses that will hopefully help your whole body to feel energised, strong and open.

Centered
A juicy core focused playful practice that incorporates some balancing flows. We start with breath of fire and then a strong floor based core practice before moving into a more dynamic flow. Enjoy

Eternal Hips
This is all about hip internal rotation and adduction, we start off with some strong hip activation and mobility sequence, to bring awareness to the pattern of movement and then move through a fun flow with lots of interesting transitions.
This is super important work, its a movement we often neglect and if you want happy hips id highly recommend doing this practice regularly.

Strong & Wild
Strong Vinyasa flow that starts slow and gradually builds up in intensity and pace.
Pranayama and mindfulness sprinkled in throughout the class to let you keep grounded in your body and breath.
