Myofascial Delight
This is a 40 minute class suitable for every level. When you are feeling tight, uncomfortable and in need of some TLC, try this. We will use a ball (can be cork, a myofascial ball or something a little hard) to gently press on trigger points in our muscles. We focus on common areas of tension in this class, IT bank, Hips & Shoulders. Enjoy!

Reset Yourself
When you’re in need but don’t have much time. Movement, Breath and stillness. Total reset! Yum. Hazel x

Open Hearted
This is an intermediate flow style class that focuses on opening the chest, shoulders, and thoracic spine.
We will practice some balancing asanas like Dancer (Natajasana).
As always, we will take time to cultivate our awareness in this slow and steady vinyasa class.
So Hum
A beautiful creative and strong practice that includes mantra woven throughout, an internal thread of mindfulness, breathwork and flow. Enjoy

Compass
This is a pilates inspired practice, its playful at times, we start with some spicy core work before moving into some juicy hips. Give yourself these 35minutes

A Whole Body Experience
We begin with some lovely spinal movements and lovely hip infused thoracic movements. Then the practice goes into a strong hip focused standing flow, finishing with camel.

Hamstrings and Your Lovely Tight Calfs
This is a lovely deep stretch for lower body: feet, hamstrings, hips. Two blocks will be helpful
Another inspired flow for you runners and hikers or just need a good release for your lower body.
Wild Thing
Flow towards wild thing in today’s class, where we create space and build strength in the chest, shoulders and back.
