Meditation for Beginners – 1
This is the first video in a 3 part series that will be uploaded weekly. This meditation is great for anyone just starting out on their meditation journey or someone who is coming back to meditation after a break. I would recommend finding a specific time every day for a week where you can practice this daily before moving on to the second video. That way you can really build up a good habit of sitting in stillness and connecting to yourself.
