Womb Heart Meditation
This is a meditation for pregnancy, its called the womb heart and its a beautiful way to connect the two spaces energetically and with breath.

This yin class is a lovely practice to do before bed to set you up and unwind you from your day. Enjoy

Get Your Blood Flowing
This is a strong, fast paced flow aimed at getting the blood flowing and heat pumping, as you build a lot of heat in this class. I incorporate a bit of core work and a sneaky crow. If you want a short but strong dynamic practice, feeling like you need an energy burst, this is your class.

Spacious Body, Mind and Breath
A slow flow practice for creating a spacious feeling in your body using your breath and attention.

Grounding Folds
A slow yin practice that focuses on forward bends and grounding the energy in the body. A lovely practice if you feel very up in your head and need to connect down to the earth, anxious or just ready for bed.

Roly Poly Flow
We start with lying on the belly and targeting the back body before rolling in and out of side plank variation, which will make a few appearances throughout, a blend of some strength work for the whole body, look out for the fun transitions here! Up there as one of my favorites

Backwards Sun
This vinyasa class starts with breathwork and opening up the feet and legs before we progress into a dynamic whole body flow with our sun salutations beginning at the back of the mat, little more emphasis on the hips and hamstrings. Taught a variation of this class live and my students here really enjoyed to I thought id record an element of it for you!

Give Your Neck Some TLC
A therapeutic practice for releasing tension from the neck and upper back, you will need a block and a strap or whatever you have at home that resembles both of these props. The neck can be tender for many due to the nature of our posture, sitting, driving leaning over desks, please go mindfully it can feel really good to stretch but we can often over do it. Go gently and enjoy
