Nadi Shodhana
Alternative nostril breathing has a beautiful way of calming the mind, its based on balancing the left and right spheres of the brain, the masculine energies and feminine, yin and the yang. Lovely to do before bed, if feeling stressed out, anytime really (especially for the new mum!).
- Yoga
Upper Body Strength Session
This is upper body strength session, I use a bit of repetition and do a couple of rounds of each movements, so if you feeling tired or short on time you can stop when you need too. We begin with some mobilisation of the arms and scapula before we go deeper into the strength.

Spine Shake Up
This practice beings with breathwork to establish a connection to our deep core and moves into mobilising the spine in all directions before we build up into a dynamic flow, we finish with Crow or Clown so I nice bit of core work threaded throughout.

Sama Vritti
This is a beautiful breathing practice called Sama Vritti often called box breath. Sama means equal or balance and vritti is the fluctuations of the mind, beautiful calming practice for anytime in your day.

Strong Sweaty Flow
This is a strong flow, we visit at the beginning a couple of plank variations and breathwork that is quite invigorating, so id recommend not doing this practice in evening before bed, we then move into a fun flowing sequence.

Evening SlowDown
This is a nice short practice to help reset the body and mind after a busy day before bed.

Flying Pigeon
This is quick strong hip flow, with a possible flying pigeon but that can also be a figure of four stretch too.

Mindful Beginner Yin
This is a beautiful mindful yin practice that focuses on the hips, Hazel guides you through the practice helping you to observe the sensory experience with awareness rather than letting the experience consume you. You will need a wall space towards the end.
