Birth Ball – Help Baby Engage
This is a short practice for the later stages of pregnancy, plus 37 weeks and baby is in a head down position. Its recommended to use a birth ball but we can often be unsure what to do with one, here are a few practices to do with the ball to encourage baby to engage and into a more optimum position.
