This is a therapeutic practice for the wrists, we focus on strengthening and also practices to help increase our range of motion. Wrists can get sore during yoga with the weight bearing down on them, I explain a little on how to help with this and highly recommend you do these practices regularly, especially if you have had an injury in the past.

A slow yin practice that focuses on forward bends and grounding the energy in the body. A lovely practice if you feel very up in your head and need to connect down to the earth, anxious or just ready for bed.
