My body is Fooked
I am sure you are feeling like your body needs to be stretched and pulled apart! This practice is to help mums in the early days of their post-partum journey, we focus on hips and shoulders, I am mainly targeting our posture from countless hours of feeding. You will need either two blocks or two books, books might even be better for an extra bit of weight. Enjoy

A class that balances soft and strong. Song challenging balances and soft somatic style movements to mobilize the shoulders and create a feeling of freedom in your body. Enjoy.
