Evening Light
This is a short evening practice (or anytime really) when you know you need to move but can’t be bothered with putting too much effort in. We start with some gentle floor based movements and work to releasing the hips and spine. Little bit of breathwork to calm the nervous system at the end.

This is a 35 minute intermediate class that focuses on hip strength and release. It starts with some activation work and then we flow through a playful strong flow with a few fun and interesting transitions.

A short class for when you are frazzled, overwhelmed or been through a big emotion or shock. Or can be used to just feel a reset in yourself.

Movement Break – Chair Yoga
This class is intended for those of you that sit for hours a day. We all get that mid-day slump so this can be perfect to do to reenergise mind and body, especially when you cant grab a nap! Spine, shoulders and wrists all get a bit of TLC
