Pregnancy – Hip Hip Hooray
This is a hip mobility focused flow, lots of lovely dynamic movements at the start to challenge the hip in different directions, we balance the movement with some strength practices too. Its so important to work the glutes and hips during pregnancy as the whole pelvic region under goes alot of stress. Apologies about the yawning, this was filmed in late third trimester when the insomnia had really kicked in!
