BackBone
This is a flow for your spine, whole body really. We start with a little core connection and then move into a nice steady paced vinyasa. We explore side plank to side bow into a twisty kind of flow. It will lift your energy. Enjoy

Mind Your Mind
This is a combination of meditation & breathwork, we do alternative nostril breathing halfway through. We get started straights away, so either prepare your seat or cushion to sit on.
I would encourage you to do this a few times a week if trying to create more routine with your meditation practice.

Light Me Up
This is a 30 minute practice that aims to get some movement through the whole body, Inspired by my own commitment this month to get on the mat everyday and I took elements from one of my morning flows into this class. You need two blocks but not necessary. Enjoy

Morning Practice for Pre & Post Holidays
This class was created for around the Christmas period where you might be feeling the digestive system is a little sluggish and you’re a bit groggy. Lovely for january to kickstart you in those dark mornings. Enjoy!!

A Good Aul Stretch
This is exactly as it says…. a good aul stretch. Nothing fancy but a nice way to open up the body after any form of sport, walking, running etc. Also a nice way to just get back to the sensation of feeling, I leave space at the end for you to be inspired to continue on with your own practice.
You need a strap

Water Flow – Hips
This is a full moon inspired flow, working with the water element and the pelvic area. Its a really lovely practice, challenging in parts but balanced nicely. Lots of deep hip release work.
