Shoulder Mobility Flow
A vinyasa class with a little mobility for your shoulders thrown in! Perfect if your shoulders are your area that tend to carry tension. Yummy!

Restorative strength building
A 40 minute class that is slow and dreamy but also focuses on building deep core strength and hip stability. If you want to relax but also want to feel like you’ve done some work.. this is for you! Enjoy!
Settle Your System
This is a yin, somatic and breathwork class with the intention of bringing your nervous system down. I have put some of my go to practice when i am a little overwhelmed or have little time, so while this is a 50 minute practice you can take away of the little tools and use to help you ground.
Sciatica? Or tight hamstrings/lower back?
This class is a great one to relax tight hamstring, lower back and glutes OR for anyone who gets sciatica(nerve pain down the back of the leg). We won’t do this in very acute times of sciatica, it’s better done when it has eased a small bit. If you have a tendency towards this nerve pain then this can be done every now and then to keep everything moving well too. If you know you have a slipped or bulging disc then this may not be for you so check in with your physio before trying it out. Enjoy!
Sun Salutations
This is a short practice of seated and standing sun salutations, I hope if its the middle of Winter for you, you can invite some light into your heart. Lovely practice to begin your day.
Moon Energy
A slow flow class for times when you are feeling that full moon energy. Whether it is around the strong energy of a full moon or around the time of menstruation or for time when you’re just feeling a little out of sorts and need to feel more rooted to the earth and out of a busy mind.
