Mobility Flow
This is a full body mobility flow with some strength sprinkled throughout, I loved this flow. Block and Pilates ball

Pelvic All Rounder
2 blocks for this one a focus on hamstrings and hips and we move to towards crow. I enjoyed this class a lot, a good blend of flow, mobility and strength

Balance & Strength – Hips
This begins with a little glute activation before we move into a strong flow that stretches adductors and hamstrings, some fun transitions and we interweave some conscious gentle breathing. We play with balance a bit in this sequence so glute activation is essential to support the stability of balance.

Open Wings
You need 2 blocks or a bolster for this flow, we start with some lovely opening for the heart and chest in supported fish before working the core and shoulders. A nice blend of mobility, strength and vinyasa. Its a strong class that emphasis opening the chest with some backbends threaded through out, we build to forearm stand or headstand. Have fun be playful

Hips & Flow
An intermediate style playful flow, we start with a nice hip openning and activating sequence before flowing through a vinyasa style sequence, its quick and ive added some nice varations of traditional shapes. The light keeps changing, the angle of the sun in the winter, I thought it looks pretty.

Playful Block Flow
A strong quick and playful flow, need a block and a smile!

Hits The Spot
This is a strong practice, that focuses on hips and spine rotation. It feels lovely and spacious while a little challenging too. Lots of playful standing balance, with my favourite half moon.

Nooks & Crannies
This class is a blend of rotational and side body opening and finding that sweet spot in-between these two actions. We play with traditional shapes and layer in some crookedness to find and open new lines of tension. We finish with some playful varations of wheel (crab reach). Its a feel good one for sure!
