Invert Yourself
This is a strong intermediate practice where we build towards headstand or forearm stand. Lots of work on shoulders and core, I have threaded through a fun alternative sun flow that will sure to build heat. We finish with a gentle inversion and breath practice.

This class is all about the chest, mid to upper back, the scaps and the triceps. We start with some fun and challenging core activation before moving into a targeted flow, thank my sister Jen for this one as it as her request!

Rib Flare and Your Shoulders
This class focuses on core and shoulders and how to keep the lower ribs more integrated for better breathing mechanics (the foundation of you core). You will need a block. This is great practice that you will be sure to feel the following day!

Space for Breath
This is a breathwork and gentle movement practice, focusing on diaphragmatic breathing. The foundation to your health and wellbeing. We do some lovely release for neck, shoulders and thoracic spine. A really nice grounding class, especially if feeling a little overwhelmed or anxious. You need a strap of some sort.

Open Chest Open Heart
Lots of nice chest and heart openers, especially getting into the pecks. You will build heat and find some sweat release in this playful flow.

This is an intermediate flow style class that focuses on opening the chest, shoulders, and thoracic spine.
We will practice some balancing asanas like Dancer (Natajasana).
As always, we will take time to cultivate our awareness in this slow and steady vinyasa class. - Yoga

Flow towards wild thing in today’s class, where we create space and build strength in the chest, shoulders and back.
