This is a short meditation/breathwork session that will help to regulate your nervous system, perfect for a little mini reset at anytime of the day.
Opening to Breathe
This video is a short practice with the intention of opening up the rib cage, side body, chest and shoulders to create more space for breath. We finish with a short breathing practice, you will need a stick (brush will do) or a strap.
Sankalpa
This meditation is about setting an intention or Sankalpa, if there is something in your life you would like to invite in, this is a lovely practice to do. We often use intention setting at the start of the new year but equally the New Moon each month is also a nice time to welcome in what you need to support you for this cycle.
Full Moon – Letting Go
This meditation is about letting go, its a lovely practice to do on the full moon or maybe at the beginning of your cycle or there is something you need a little support in, in letting go.
