Breathwork Part 1
Part one of our four part breathwork series with Sarah Hagan. This practice is about activation breath and deactivation breath. Bringing you into a more active state and then taking your nervous system all the way down to a baseline calm & restful state.

Nervous System Recovery
A short class for when you are frazzled, overwhelmed or been through a big emotion or shock. Or can be used to just feel a reset in yourself.

Sweet Sleep
A Sleep Aid – To be done from bed or at least very close. 20 mins to unwind to go inwards and to relax your body and mind.

Feel Inside
This is a 10 meditation based upon body sensations

Kapalbhati
This pranayama is best practiced in the morning, its a invigorating breath and quite stimulating.

Calm Ease
This is a short meditation where we use our inner voice to help settle the mind. It is one I tend to come back too quite often, I love the use of mantra/words.
