Morning Breathwork (Minding your mind part 3)
This is a combination of active and more grounding pranyama, Kapalbhati & Nadi Shodhana. A combination I practice alot and I often start my day here. Its magic, trust me.

Another in the series of breathwork & meditation, this classes we incorporate box breathing or known as sama vritti pranayama
Mind Your Mind
This is a combination of meditation & breathwork, we do alternative nostril breathing halfway through. We get started straights away, so either prepare your seat or cushion to sit on.
I would encourage you to do this a few times a week if trying to create more routine with your meditation practice.
Settle Your System
This is a yin, somatic and breathwork class with the intention of bringing your nervous system down. I have put some of my go to practice when i am a little overwhelmed or have little time, so while this is a 50 minute practice you can take away of the little tools and use to help you ground.
Circular Breathing
Circular breathing is a practice that will really help settle your system and mind, can be practiced anytime of the day.
Humming Bee
This practice is humming Bee breath, beautiful evening practice or one to do to help regulate your nervous system if feeling a little ungrounded.
