
About Nikki Cousins
I’ve been teaching yoga for 20 years and during that time my teaching – and practise- has changed considerably. I was an ashtangi for many years but now I practise, and teach, strong vinyasa. Always with an emphasis on building on the foundation of the breath and finding the quiet within.
Yoga has been a key part in helping me navigate life with a greater sense of ease, in helping me tap into the deeper consciousness within myself and in the world and I love sharing the joy of this practice with others.
