Hannah Bowler
Meet Hannah who teaches a gorgeous integration of yoga & sound
Hannah began her yoga journey in 2010, drawn to the gentle power of yoga as a way to connect deeply with both body and mind. Her practice grew into a deeper curiosity and appreciation, leading her to complete her 200-hour yoga teacher training in India in 2018. Rooted in Hatha, Hannah’s teaching integrates slow, mindful movement with a strong focus on breath, alignment, and energy.
A key aspect of Hannah’s approach is her focus on the chakra system and the power of vibration to support release and relaxation. She combines asana with sound healing, using the vibrational qualities of sound to deepen the unwinding process, helping her students release tension on both a physical and energetic level.
Having recently completed a Master’s degree in Jungian Psychology, Hannah brings an added layer of insight to her classes. In her one-on-one sessions, she integrates yogic wisdom, sound therapy, and psychological depth work to guide clients through personal exploration. Her holistic approach empowers individuals to explore their inner landscapes, fostering a deep connection between body, mind, and spirit for overall well-being.
