Chakras are the energy centres in the body. They are stimulated activated through movement, meditation and pranayama. Combining these practices we will work to activate and better understand the energy that is specific to each of the 7 chakras. By practicing chakra balancing we can release blocked energy that may be in the way of better emotional well-being
