Your Monthly Practice of September

September the month of second chances! I LOVE this time of year, shift in light, time to slowly embrace the Winter energy and an opportunity to re-start our little routines that support the darker evenings. I have put this months section together very carefully. I am building on the breathwork, please gift yourself, if nothing else these practices and no repetition in this way is GOOD.  Mondays are about re-embodiment, Tuesdays practice is a strong flow, Wednesdays are for strength and mobility, Thursdays are grounding yin and Friday or Saturday are a nice dynamic practice again.
