Your Monthly Practice of October
October, the changing light, crispy falling leaves, the general sense of letting go and taking a conscious effort of going into your inner world and taking time to rest, to slow down and reflect on the months gone by. I adore this month and if you do not follow along here, go spend some time cosy and out in nature. If I can encourage anything it would be to do your daily breathwork. The flow of the weeks are a general mix and take on a similar flow to most months.
