Your Monthly Practice of June

We are building towards the summer solstice and while the yang energy of summer is playful, creative and expansive, what I have noticed within myself and students, is its exhausting and quite depleting. With the incredible sunshine and heat we experienced in May, I feel many are over stimulated and the heaviness of what is happening globally does not help. So this month I am including lots of nourishing down regulating practices, breathwork and yin. To soothe and hold you.
