About Chloe Nagle

Hi, I’m Chloë. I’m a visual artist and dedicated yoga practitioner for over 10 years. I came to yoga initially as a refuge from anxiety and feelings of disconnectedness and found not only tools to manage this but oceans more. Yoga has helped me find strength I never knew I had, engage with the feeling mind rather than the thinking (and often over-thinking!) mind and make space to cultivate creativity, self-compassion and intuition. It has also helped me understand myself a lot better; my weird little quirks, my thought patterns and my reactions.

My aim as a yoga teacher is to create

a environment for you to feel safe, strong and grounded in your body, to find joy in movement, develop ease in stillness and maybe get to understand yourself a little better along the way. My classes are a light-hearted, judgement-free space where all of you is welcome and whether you come to class to deepen your practice, build strength and flexibility, manage stress, slow down or simply to find community, I’m here to meet you exactly where you’re at.
