About Shelly O’ Connor

Yoga has been a central pillar of my life for over a decade. Wanting to share all the benefits I was experiencing with others, I trained as a yoga teacher in 2020. Since then, I have travelled to India to deepen my understanding of the roots of yoga. I am trained in vinyasa, yin and embodied movements.
I love to share the practice because I can’t imagine my life without it! I hope to hold a space where you can listen deeply to the wisdom of your body and experience the power of this ancient practice for yourself.
