Pre/Postnatal with Midwife Cliodhna
Clíodhna is a yoga teacher and midwife. Passionate about women’s health and loves blending yogic elements into her everyday work as a midwife. In this 4 part pre/ postnatal series she will guide you through practices that will offer a focus on areas of the body that are often weakened or strained in pregnancy and the postpartum period (pelvic floor, light core, hips, lower back). The aim is to help you mindfully build awareness and strengthen these target areas while also cultivating a deeper sense of connection to your body in the pre/postnatal period

In the prenatal session we will explore postures that will help alleviate discomfort and tension in the lower back and hips. The postures I have chosen will hopefully help you find ease and release in these areas. They also have the potential to help your baby position well for labour and birth. I hope you enjoy it !
