Yoga 1: Beginners/ or people looking for a softer flow/ coming back to practice
Yoga 2: Intermediate (At least a 6 weeks of beginner vinyasa required)
Yoga 3: Intermediate to advanced (at least 1 year of intermediate vinyasa or ashtanga practice)
Mixed Level: Suitable to all levels
Our classes passes can be bought online through the mind body app or you can pay in cash in the studio. All classes must be used within a six month time frame and are non- refundable.
If you are new to the studio, do not hesitate to call or email if you have any questions in relation to the class passes, drop in system or anything else you might what to chat about.
