“It’s not an overstatement to say that I would be a different person, physically, psychologically and emotionally if it weren’t for Katie’s teaching.  I’ve been to several yoga classes over the years but Katie’s style and approach are really special. She thinks outside the box. She can combine traditional yoga with current approaches to movement, building strength, flexibility and form.  Katie is constantly learning and developing in her practice and in her teaching and we, her students, reap the benefits of this. 

I have always felt supported, encouraged and believed in by Katie.  She brings love, warmth and compassion to her classes – you will definitely work up a sweat but still have fun!  Because of this, I have been able to challenge myself and progress further than I ever thought I could.”


"I've been doing yoga on and off for about 3 years, and been coming to Katie's form and flow classes for the last 12 months or so. They're definitely the best ones I've been to - there's always a bit of craic, Katie is lovely, and she has a deep understanding of movement and physiology.


I wandered into the Yin practise last week by accident after getting my times mixed up and decided to stick around. Really, really glad I did. The class focuses on deep stretching of specific joints, and slows the entire yoga process down. The mindfulness aspect of it is unreal - I was the most balmed out man in Cork for the couple of days after it.


One of the things I was most surprised about it though was that parts of the yin practise can be more demanding in some ways than the regular class, but we used breathing techniques to deal with these challenges. Those techniques were something I was able to carry over to my regular class and also found myself using them outside of yoga during heavy training sessions. Will definitely be going again!"


"I have been attending Yoga with Katie for the a few years now. I started with a yin class at a time in my life when I needed to find calmness, and over the years have moved on through level 1 and into level 2 classes. Professionalism, compassion, humour and discipline all spring to mind when I think of Katie.
