I first started my yoga practice in 2007 in college training as a psychiatric nurse. I found it was a great stress reliever and it helped me to focus better on my studies. From there my passion for yoga grew . Qualifying as a psychiatric nurse , I have found yoga invaluable for my own personal growth & witnessed how powerful it is for treating anxiety , depression, mood disorders etc.

Regular practice of yoga not only beneifits you physically but it also has a powerful positive impact on your mental well being. I became so passionate about yoga that I went to Mysore in India & trained under yogacharya Bharat Shetty and received my 500 hrs TTC yoga alliance certificate.



My goal is to share my knowledge of yoga with people of all back grounds. I am also a complimentary health therapist with ITEC diplomas in holistic massage, sports injuries,reflexology, aromatherapy & indian head massage. This combined with my nursing background is the perfect compliment for my yoga practice & knowledge.

Even thou I've been practicing yoga for 10 years, I'm so grateful for this journey & I'm excited to deepen my knowledge further. See ye on the matt .
